Through our pilot model, we demonstrated that access to care can be both effective and affordable when supported by community collaboration and transparent funding.
Real Support. Measurable Results. Transparent Action.
At Nivaly Health Access Inc., impact is not a promise—it is something we measure, document, and improve. Every program we fund is designed to deliver real services to real families, while maintaining clear accountability and ethical standards.
Pilot Program Results
Thanks to the support of donors and licensed professionals in Ecuador, our pilot phase achieved the following:
120 pediatric primary care consultations funded
120 emotional support sessions funded
Cost-effective model at approximately $20 per session
Measurable outcomes documented through session records

Why This Matters
In many underserved communities in Ecuador, families delay or avoid healthcare due to cost or distance. This can turn preventable conditions into long-term health issues. At the same time, emotional and mental well-being needs often remain invisible and untreated.
Our programs help close this gap by ensuring access to:
- Early detection and prevention
- Basic pediatric healthcare guidance
- Follow-up support and referrals when needed
- Emotional support, coping skills, and psychoeducation
How We Ensure Accountability
Transparency is central to our mission. Our impact is supported through:
- Licensed local providers only
- Fair market compensation policies
- Independent oversight and board supervision
- Ethical standards and child protection policies
- Documentation and reporting to track services delivered
We do not measure impact by intentions—we measure it by sessions delivered, services funded, and families supported.

Looking Ahead
Our goal is to expand this model to reach more children and families each year through donor partnerships, grants, and community collaboration. With continued support, we can increase access to essential services and strengthen community well-being across Ecuador. Together, we can fund more sessions, support more families, and create lasting change.
